Makes me want to sing Les Miserables songs.
I really like the effect this one has. Not blurry, but...kind of scratchy? Was that something you added with PS afterwards?

Not much, I Just added a slight vignette using a soft light blending mode, and a lighter gray color on the same layer to make the bench/bar pop. Since it was shot at ISO 3200, the scratchiness wasn't my choice (although I did leave it there, I guess)

is this the fairhaven? are they shutting down? why do bars in bellingham choose to not pay their taxes or renew their liscences? haha thanks for the schoolin bro!

They didn't pay their taxes, but one reason for that might have been the total lack of people EVER going there. It was kindof sad. =( This was in downtown Bellingham.
